Hello again! This has been a busy two weeks for us! First off.... London has now decided that she LOVES stuffed animals. It is soooo cute to see her cuddle them all day. If she is crying, her puppy or seahorse can always make things better =) Here are a series of adorable pics....
By the way, she positions them like this.... we just hand her the stuffed animal and she will actually find a way to put it under her arm to snuggle with it!!!!
Trisha and I went to San Diego last weekend for Stroller Stride training. We has a crash course in anatomy and physiology... it was intense, but we learned SO MUCH! We are now certified fitness instructors and will begin teaching classes in January!!!! Woooo whoooo!
This shows how exhausted we were....
After cramming our brains with tons of information and learning a trillion different exercises... we had to have a margarita to celebrate!

I felt like a kangaroo, but hey... whatever works!
None of our friends were throwing a holiday party, so we thought, "What the heck! Let's do it!". It was a GREAT time! We invited all of our local friends over for a last minute holiday bash... it was so nice to see everyone before Christmas!!!
The fake fireplace on the TV was a hit!
London stayed up until 8pm to meet guests and then went to bed for the night.

And this is what we find 9-10 hours later (I owe it all to Bethanni's awesome swaddling technique!). She is the BEST sleeper! We are soooo lucky!

But she remained very serious the entire time.... meeting Santa IS kind of a big deal you know!

Some other big news....Trisha and I are excited to announce that we are now franchise owners! Together we bought Ventura Stroller Strides and will begin teaching classes this January! 
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking, running and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller. We will be attending a two day training in San Diego this weekend... then we will return as Nationally Certified Fitness Instructors, woooowhooo! Wish us luck!!!
